The progress is moving great! I have made a new AI system that supports all current walking enemies. I might need to do some tweaking here and there, but overall it works. By the way, you can see it in a new beetle behavior. Therefore, I keep making improvements in the first location and core gameplay.

  • Slight fresnel effect on the enemies to detect them more easily
  • Slight camera improvements
  • Upscaled quality of UI
  • Minor improvements here and there

For the future, I think of making a second boss. The second location is completely settled, but it requires visual improvements which is really time consuming. For now I can more vividly see the main tasks that have to be done before publishing a second location. Nonetheless, it is hard to say when it will be ready, but anyway keep tuned for further updates!
