Thank you for your review, but can you please elaborate? I made almost all mechanics from the ground up and everything from the character and camera to abilities and enemies all was made by me. I guess that you might feel that it has some similarities to classic Unreal movement modes, but I can assure you that I almost never use them and even falling and jumping modes are not used at all.
Hi! The game is really fun, and I love the world design. Like other commenters pointed out, the controls and movement need to be refined and polished, but there is a lot of potential for a solid platform game.
I am a freelance video editor, and I'm currently trying to expand my trailer portfolio. Would it be ok if I tried editing a trailer for Shattered? I'd do it 100% for free, and you don't have to use the video if you don't like the end result.
I'll work on in in the next few days! If you have any footage, music, logos or artwork that you think might be useful, you can send them my way at this e-mail address sergiorosieditor@gmail.com
this could be really great. The environments are top notch, reminds me of bramble: the mountain king. It just feel so alive
but man, the player movement feels super janky. Platforming feels unresponsive, the momentum of the character feels totally out of my control. Getting that player feel perfected is my number one feedback.
I can imagine this game with the right polish being amazing, and it’s a good start so far
I would recommend just to keep iterating and refining. Check out the games Islets or Haak, as they have the most perfected player physics in any metroidvania imo. Would be good to study
It's a fun game, but as a casual player and a noob with a capital letter, I couldn't pass a place with thorns and two trampolines, its probably at the beginning of the game, probably will come back to game later. I would also remove the waste of health at death on an easy level for us, bad players, it makes it easier to pass difficult place without having to run from the save point. I also didn't like that the camera twitches a lot when moving left and right. But overall it's cool, I love games about mices and platformers, if ever a difficulty level is added for the less gifted, then I would pass it for sure. I especially liked the ideas with blocking and attacking, as well as the level with falling stones in training, it was witty. And the sounds of pointing at the buttons in the menu are too loud and they do not decrease when the volume is lowered with the slider, I think this is a bug. P. S. Great optimisation.

Thank you for the feedback! I'll take a closer look at the main features of the game to make it more unique and optimize it even better.

Thank you for such a colorful feedback! I'll take a closer look at these problematic places and make sure to improve it.
Extremely solid project, especially for one man team. Would recommend for sure
